Returns the states of a method.
Remarks
- If auto-restart is disabled, use this method to manually restart the EtherCAT master. This method doesn't break the link with applications. It restarts the EtherCAT master and all slaves but keeps the configuration. It assumes the slaves are identical. PDOs are frozen during the restart but won't be reset.
- Restart doesn't scan the devices on an EtherCAT network so it is faster than Start.
